1. Who we are

DWT Wellness operates a wellness therapy studio offering PEMF therapy, red light therapy, NormaTec compression, infrared sauna, sound therapy, and vibroacoustic therapy for humans, dogs, and horses. 2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, newsletter form, or book a session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field (including any health information you choose to share about symptoms, goals, or history).
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically receive standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, device identifiers, and timestamps) and set cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5.
• Booking information. If you book a session through our third-party scheduling tool (Calendly or Vagaro), that service collects and processes the booking data under its own privacy policy.

3. How we use your information

We use the information to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule, deliver, and follow up on sessions.
• Send newsletter updates, offers, and wellness content if you subscribed.
• Operate and improve the website.
• Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below or where required by law.

4. Service providers and third parties

We use the following service providers to operate the site and our business. Each of these providers processes your information under their own privacy policy:

• Vercel — website hosting and analytics.
• Calendly / Vagaro — appointment booking.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising effectiveness measurement and remarketing on Meta platforms.
• Google Maps — embedded maps on our Contact page.

5. Cookies, pixels, and tracking technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and target advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. You can adjust your Meta ad preferences directly in your Facebook or Instagram account.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Opt out of marketing emails (every email has a one-click unsubscribe link).
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information; “sharing” for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising may occur through the Meta Pixel, and you can opt out by adjusting your Meta ad settings or by emailing us at the address in Section 1.

7. Health information

Because we are a wellness practice and not a medical provider, we are generally not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. That said, we treat any health information you share with discretion and only use it to deliver and follow up on your sessions. Do not include sensitive medical details in public channels (social media, reviews). Use phone, email, or in-person conversation for anything private.

8. Data retention

We keep contact and booking records as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, run our business, and comply with legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe.

9. Security

We use reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period.
